When you work as a team you can save the world! Meet Rocket who cannot wait to visit her grandparents on their beautiful island, but she soon sees how plastic pollution is spoiling the beaches and endangering the sea creatures. Can she find a way to CLEAN UP the island and save the sea life?
The next story to be released on Friday 5 March is Billy and the Beast by Nadia Shireen.
Whilst on a lovely walk in the woods, Billy and her trusty sidekick Fatcat hear a terrible rumble… a terrible rumble coming from a Terrible Beast…He’s making a Terrible Soup out of all of Billy and Fatcat’s friends! Luckily, our brave heroine Billy has a trick or two up her sleeve (or in her hair)…
Join Billy on her mission to defeat the Terrible Beast (and save those adorable little bunny rabbits too).
Nearly every week we will be releasing a new story, suitable for children aged 3+, for schools to watch in class and families to watch at home. Sign up below for free access to the stories. Originally training as a dancer, Chipo graduated from the Urdang Academy and went on to choreograph music videos and tour with London based chamber rock band Chrome Hoof. She then went onto develop her skill set as an actor and has since gained credits include Liberian Girl- Royal Court, Fingertips – Clean Break, Ariel in The Tempest at the Waterloo East Theatre and ‘Jade’ in her one woman Edinburgh Fringe debut, So What if I Dance. I a ﬁlmmaker from Yorkshire that seeks to challenge societal norms with an emphasis on my Nigerian heritage and Black British identity.
I have been commissioned by BBC, BFI and BBC drama to make short films around topics that I am passionate about. I have also worked extensively with artists, writers and performers across the country, documenting their craft and creating visual art pieces that have been shown as part of art exhibitions.
Composer- Clean UpAn award-winning storyteller in her own right, NikNak devoted to developing her unique practice as a DJ & Turntablist, sound artist/composer, producer, tutor, sound engineer and radio presenter. She is also a strong advocate for diverse representation in the music industry, especially within the DJ and music production realms, and musician wellbeing/mental health. Based in the UK, you’ll find NikNak digging for vinyl or comic books, gigging in and around Leeds, experimenting and sharing her music tastes to diverse audiences, delivering engaging sessions with students to develop their DJ skills, and running/curating events such as "Dub Sirens" and "Melanin". Performer- Clean UpRiana is an actor from Bradford, and works largely in theatres in the North. Her performances in productions for families and children include ‘Cinderella: A Fairytale’ at The Dukes Lancaster, ‘Crumble’s Search for Christmas’ at Leeds Playhouse, a national tour of Julia Donaldson’s ‘Tabby McTat’, and a series of plays for Bradford Literature Festival with Wrongsemble. She has previously worked with tutti frutti on their Live Little Stories in ‘Rapunzel’, directed by Elvi Piper of Wrongsemble. On screen, she has appeared as a presenter for a series of BBC Bitesize English films, as well as in ‘Emmerdale’ and Slung Low’s film ‘The Good Book.’

I first discovered theatre in London at the Royal Court’s Activists Youth Theatre, and my first composer job was for Manchester Youth Theatre’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream.My recent work includes: Much Ado About Nothing for New English Shakespeare Company at The Dubai Opera House; The Panto That Nearly Never Was - Theatr Clwyd; Sonnet Sunday, Henry IV pt 1, pt2 and Henry V - Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre; The Whip – Royal Shakespeare Company; Pulse - Bamboozle; Red Dust Road - National Theatre of Scotland; Snow White - The Wrong Crowd, My Voice Was Heard - Red Ladder; Bouncers - The Royal Court Liverpool; Love Unspoken – Spare Tyre/Queen’s Hornchurch, and The World According To Grandpa for Grandpa Productions/Channel 5 Milkshake.

Assistant DesignerA Miniature Model-Maker with a focus on sets for Theatre, Film, TV and Commercials. Of my own initiative over the past few years, I have self-taught many of the necessary skills for design and model making. I am furthering my personal development within Prop Making & Set Decorating. Currently I am freelancing as a Craft Creator for Tutti Frutti and I am a mentee on Set Access: A UK Film Talent Development Programme from Creative Access & Guy Ritchie.

I have held the position of Artistic Director at tutti frutti since 2005 and have directed all but one production in partnership with York Theatre Royal, touring nationally and internationally and co-producing the Little Feet Festival of Children’s Theatre and the First Words writers’ development programme
Before working with tutti frutti I was Artistic Director of Red Ladder Theatre Company, and previous to this; Merseyside Young People’s Theatre Company in Liverpool. Over the years as a freelance director work has included; Everyman Theatre Liverpool, Crucible Theatre Sheffield, Hope Street Ltd, Oxford Stage Company, Unity Theatre Liverpool, European Stage Company, Theatre Royal Stratford East, and Contact Theatre Manchester. I currently live in Leeds with my partner Mark and two sons Louie and Eliot.
